Join Meeting #
To join a meeting: Launch your smartphone’s camera app and scan the QR code for Viewers. Alternatively, if you have a meeting link, launch a browser and open the link. Open a browser, navigate to the participant link for Viewers, and fill in the required fields.
After completing the input, click the Join button to enter the room.

| Language | Select the Viewer’s language from the available list. |
After entering the room, the meeting participant page will be displayed. If you want to use voice readout for interpretation results, click the speaker button to enable it. When enabled, a red speaker will be displayed. When the meeting or speaker’s conversation is finished, be sure to click the exit button to leave.
The latest updated interpretation content is highlighted in blue.
When the Viewer’s language is different from the Speaker’s language, interpretation results will be displayed.
In the following example, the Speaker is in Japanese and the Viewer is in English. The Viewer screen displays Japanese transcription results and English interpretation results.
